It Is Just A Test Of Character ... Failure Is Never The End
It actually feels good to be back after dropping my introduction post, thanks to everyone for the warmth welcome, happy to be a part of the community.
FAILURE according to wikitionary is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objectives, opposite to failure.
This particular topic occurs to me when i went to visit a friend of mine few days ago, on getting there i saw a crowd of people that gathered over a young guy who had attempted to committing suicide and i could hear a lot of encouraging words from these crowd to the young guy, but what caught my attention was when i heard someone saying this is not the end of the world, this made me move closer to the crowd, i asked my friend what the issue was and he said the poor guy just collected his year one result and the result which is not that bad will not allow him to be able to cross over to the department of medical laboratory science which was a course he has dreamed for over years.
Then something came to my mind, if it is true that this guy is brilliant as it is said and if he'd studied hard for real, why should a grade point denied him of his dream?, why should a young brilliant and hard working person like him fail?, and why does he choose giving up than trying again?
Then, i get to know that history has actually stands witness that there were hundreds of thousands of failures, who have failed and chose to give up by committing suicide, and the question appeared if failure is not the end of the world, then why are we not finding the end to failure ?.
I will want to believe it is until when we find a solution to failure shall it stop to be the end of the world. A lot of motivational speakers has written a lot just to make believe failure is a step towards starting over which i also believe too, but have anybody think about putting an end to the failure or what causes it as this seven letters word had caused more damage than good.
Don't get me wrong i'm not saying failure is actually the end of the world, but why haven't we try to view it from the angle of people that uses failure as an excuse after making an intentional damage to what cannot be repaired again.
A lecturer that have intentionally failed a student because the students had not been subscribing to his demands will make this student see herself as a failure which might actually make this student go far to the extent of committing suicide without giving consideration for a second chance.

Let's look at it from the government angle, a politician who have been elected by a low class citizen will after getting to the targeted post neglects the welfare of those that have elected him, he embezzles money and participate in making laws that does not favor the low class citizen, he made various acts that disorganized the citizens, many people lost their lives because of abject poverty and nonchalant attitude of these sets of leaders, but at the end of their tenure, they come back claiming they have failed and put the blame on failure, and will also ask for another chance to make corrections.
Series of acts that has to do with failure like this are what we are supposed to check as there have been a lot of failures that have put an end to the world of many people, even though there might have been news about people that failed 1000 times and win 1000 times too.
But let's not forget that thousands of people have also ended their lives because they did not believe there is another chance after failure and let's not forget those people that their failures has also put an end to people's world.
I think it's high time we stop blaming failure rather than looking for ways to put an end to it or preferably reducing it. I'll be ending on a note that puts the question through to all readers that "if failure is not the end of the world, then why are we not finding the end to failure rather than giving excuse for our mistakes?".
