HOW TO CULTIVATE YOUR POTENTIAL

A farmer can’t cultivate a farm while lying on his bed at home neither can he cultivate a farm by going to the farm without some implements which will be needed for the cultivation. You don’t win a battle by folding your arms. Expedition can’t be made in a room. They said “a journey of thousand miles starts with a step”. Before you can start cultivating your fallow potential to become forest of achievements, there are some things you must first do. There are some steps you must first take. Taking these steps is not optional; it is very mandatory and compulsory.
For you to be able to cultivate your fallow potentials, you must first discover the potential that you want to cultivate. Without first knowing your potential, your becoming successful may be very difficult. Discovery of your potential is the first step to successful life. It is after you've discovered your real and true potential that your journey to success will be easy.
Discovery of your potential is the master key that can unlock your destiny. Knowing your potential will give you the true vision of how your life should be composed. Knowing your potential gives you high sense of focus. The reason why jack of all trades is the master of none is that no human being is given the potential to become all things at the same time. Man was only given the potential to name animals but was not given the potential to create animals (according to the bible) and that is why no human being has ever invented a living thing. It is only God that has the potential to do so.

SELF DISCOVERY

The best career advice you can give to the young is to find out what you like doing best and get someone to pay for it.

Self discovery of your potential has to do with looking within yourself. It has to do with searching deep into yourself in order to know the potential you have.
Your potential may be what you like doing easily without anybody forcing you. It may be a particular thing that you like to do joyfully and anytime you do it, you experience a deep internal excitement and you feel fulfilled. Most people fail in life because they neglect self discovery and follow what others say they should be. They allowed the decision of others to override theirs.
Many students fail in school because they are not walking in line with potential they have. Many parents think it is their responsibility to choose career for their children, whereas, self discovery is what matters most. Some children may have interest in Mathematics, but their parents will say they want them to become lawyers just because their fathers own law firm.
The world we are in today is a place that you can succeed in any profession once you are passionate and committed to it. Without have many comedians who are millionaires, we have many musicians, actors actresses etc who are also making it in their fields.

Education plus self discovery are two great things you need to be great.
