Don't judge each day by the harvest...

How often do you look at your payout value?
What really motivates you to not stop sharing?

It really would surprise you what you would discover when you attempt to honestly answer the above questions.

Sometimes when you look at your payout value and what you see is not commensurate with the sort of value you inputted, it is very possible you may feel uncomfortable and eventually become discouraged and throw in the towel.

I understand our generation has somehow made it seem ok for one to at first sight size you up and place you in their mind at a certain level based on what they see on the surface.
But the irony of it is that there is more to seeing then the eyes can meet.

Many may have been trapped in the mud of describing people based on the fruit they see in the persons life in the moment. This may have been the norm in your sphere of contact but you
should not allow that to keep you caged in the corridors of unhealthy competition to meet up or measure up with others.
Many have gone in this lane and you sure know the end result of such.

Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but rather by the seeds you plant... Robert louis stevenson

Every seed of hard work, love and generosity and more that you are putting in to the system or in any other sphere of contact has a voice and would surely speak in due time.
Understand that your labour of love is not in vain. Seed and harvest time remains as far as the earth is concerned.

I know you have been been taught to fix your eyes on the SBD payout and all that shit.
We are taught to judge ourselves/our sucess on results but the truth is most of this things (the so called results) are tangible and temperary.
We should not demand for harvest when the fruit is not mature. What you need to acknowledge and work patiently with between the seed to fruit evolution is time.

Understand that there is a dying process before the grows to maturity.

The other day someone in the steemit-uyo community asking for returns on investment as a time i considered too early.
What the person failed to realise was that every seed sown must first die before it sprouts.
I love the way @enolife responded to the situation and i doff my hat for him

Every seed that must sprout and grow must first die.

You should learn to look at your life with the attitude and mindset of a farmer.
If for instance a farmer focused on the fruit their tree produced then the roots (seed) would wither and die.
Although the seed would not be on the surface yet (before sprout time) yet they water and fertilise it with the future in mind.

I think we should learn to focus on the better person we becoming on steemit rather than just on the rewards. We should as well pay attention to enriching our lives by feeding our soul with the required emotional, spiritual, intellectual vitamins it so requires.

it is important to look at the success (fat sbd payout) and be greatful to the curators. However much more than that we should look further to cultivate the soil of life, to plan for the future, to nourish our soul.

As the day ends we should evaluate ourselves in the vain of the achievement of our goals.

  • Did i do my best?
  • How much of others did you help today in your sphere of contact.

we should focus on enriching our lives by focusing on our inner genius... our intangible fires rather than only the sbd payouts.

We should learn to allow time and energy play their respective role and ensure the ground is fertile and our heart are receptive enough to enjoy the ripples of benefit that comes with that.

As long as the earth remains seed time and harvest shall never cease.
Don't be hasty to seek for harvest when the seed has not sprout.

Well said. If I only really cared about my payouts, I would have left steemit already. Im not getting much upvotes but that doesn't matter. I love reading great contents like yours. 😊

Thank you sir. I love your attitude and you would go far with that.

Although i may have posted this public but all the while i was reading this over and over to myself. Am focusing more on what a better person i have become by the second.

Thanks @dcuadra for stopping by

Posting about it is already one step closer to what you want to be. 😊
