DEPRESSION
Depression is one of the most common condition in the world today. People may experience depression for various reasons and at different intervals in their life.
Generally, the tendency to develop depression is inherited but environment, circumstances and life experiences contributes to individual expression.
There are several lifestyle changes that can improve the mood and an individuals coping ability.
1.) Diet
Sometimes not eating well is partly a cause of a person's depression. Poor dietary choices often relate to poor absorption of nutrients. Low vitamin level can be detected through laboratory analysis of a blood sample.
2.) Exercise
Exercise can ease depression and reduces immune system chemicals that can worsen depression. Regular exercise has many psychological and emotional benefits too.
3.) Sleep
Having enough sleep helps handle depression so it is very important for us to give our bodies rest because sleep is the body's time to replenish and recover.
