Wow, I just looked up the Take-n-Bake model... that's super different to a typical pizzeria. I don't think we have that here in Aus yet. I mean, you can buy a fresh, uncooked pizza in the grocery store, but not at all the same sort of pizza that you guys sell.

Yeah! It's a pretty different concept! We we started out it was struggle telling people why they should buy take-n-bake. People didn't understand the benefits of cooking it in their own oven. But after a few years of "grinding" it's worked out!
