JESUS LOVES YOU
Remember, our devotion speaks of our love and commitment to God.
Be exceedingly blessed. I love you because Jesus loves you.
If you treated your main girl the way we treat God, would she leave you? Do you put all the responsibility on the girl? Are you not required lo love Him that much?
What kind of relationship would you say you are in with God?
If we love God, shouldn’t we care?
Or is it that God doesn’t need as much love and attention as let’s say or pets, our job, our other dysfunctional relationships?
Shouldn’t we be deeply in love with God too?
In case you didn’t know, there are commandments to love God. There are commandments on HOW to love Him. What He likes. What He doesn’t like. As a matter of fact, the Bible tells us How to love Him.
“Jesus loves you”, I’ve heard this over and over. I have also heard, “I’m in a relationship with Jesus/God”.
All that is well and good but if we are in a relationship, shouldn’t love flow the other way around as well?
