I had to go find a Buddhist teacher to learn how to love myself correctly. All the self help books in America don't teach one how to love self correctly because learning to love self through wise compassion and kindness you learn to love other...there is no profit in this! I wish I could give you 100% at my full sp but I just spent all my steam.
