Episode #3 Slow Grind of Leadership (4:41)

There are times that a leader needs to help others when they are feeling the Slow Grind of Leadership. In this video I explain one thing that works for me.

While running my business I've learned a number of techniques that have allowed me to fine tune my leadership skills (an ongoing process) and help others find their leadership styles. I view all of my employees as future leaders even if it's not in my company.

I NEED to stress that the opinions in my videos are mine and may not work for every situation. I will do my best to cover as many situations as possible in future videos but there are many variables when it comes to human interaction.
