WEALTH AND PRIDE
Great Minds,
Let's talk about wealth, it's wrong signal and a need to avoid it. While it is so sweet and so pleasurable to be in wealth and enjoy wealth, unfortunately, arrogance and pride often comes with wealth. Perhaps this is coming from the background that many wealthy people become so proud of themselves for "making it big" and not having to depend on others for well being. Some had past through rough road before the "Now I have made it". So it is time to show off. Wealth gives us power of independence and control. It commands respect and gives the desire to prove your worth.

If we are not careful, we find ourselves misusing these powers and our humble spirit is replaced with arrogance and pride attitude. In the Bible James 4:6 the dangers of arrogance is clearly spelt out. "God resists the proud., but gives grace to the humble ". It is therefore important that we be content with what God has blessed us with. For we we would be much better off with it. Wealth is good but don't let it get into your head. Proud goes before a fall.

Hmmmm! A times i wonder, what do they have that someone have not gotten before ? We have a lot of rich fools today like the one in the bible that says ow my soul relax and enjoy and God said his soul will be required of him that night. There's nothing to be proud about on earth. What u have as a house now is going to be someone's boys quarters in the nearest future. So the best thing is to thankGod and help the less priviledged with your wealth instead of puffing. Nice one princess.
