The exchange !
Life is all about what you are exchanging for your time.
How come some people with the same time produce greater result than others?
It's simple, the people who succeeds have better exchange for their time than others who exchange their time doing non profitable things.
If you are exchanging idleness for your time each day sit on couch and watch movies and laugh so hard the truth is money goes and your time is wasted and time wasted can never be recovered.
We all have the same number of hours per day the same minutes the same seconds every day.
No one has more time than another. it all depends on what we exchange our time with.
Every students have the same time so no one is cheated or given more time than another students.
If one comes top in the class and another comes last from the bottom it is the same time the top student have that the student that didn't do well also have.
The difference was the exchange.
It is only a function of what their time was exchanged for while the top students most times exchanged their time studying and research, the least performing students may have exchanged their time for pleasure and frivolities as well as missed priorities.
Family who invest better on relationship do so with knowing what to exchange for time. They prefer to exchange quality time in exchange for other things that may not give them value.
Families who spend time together daily will altogether have better relationships.
Successful families have great exchange for quality time and being together they focus of on spending time, communicating instead watching reality TV this is because the more there is exchange in communication. The more families get to know more about each other and therefore further the happiness in their families.
Families who have value for their happiness are always happier than those who do not spend quality time with their families. Quality time is therefore the exchange that family give to excuse themselves from Sadness and break up.

Warren buffet reads over 6 newspapers every day, its an exchange for knowledge that he gives his time to that made him remain as wealthy as he his. He consumes over 500 pages a day that's the exchange he pays for remaining current in the terrains of investment no wonder he is an authority in the area of investment.
Great athletes exchange their time for training , they are giving to training so much that their bodies becomes adapted to this trainings they give themselves to. They will always not eat some particular kinds of food to be able to keep fit in their given feeds.
In sports several sports men especially those who you hear their names today and have remained in the hall of fame and have always won medals upon medals, train for thousands and thousands of hours to be able to remain productive they don't bother about frivolous activities.
Commitment is another powerful exchange factor people who wants to reach their destiny need.
On the way to destiny everyone gets started on the journey mid way though many are tempted to go back .
Committed people pay their exchange of commitment and will keep going and with time get to their destination while others will go back half way and never will reach their destiny.
The difference between the people who get to their destination and people who never gets to their destination is the exchange of commitment.
Every exchange comes with a reward whatever you're exchanging your time with will surely come back with a reward .
Now ask yourself this questions
what are you exchanging your time with ?
Is the value of exchange worth it ?
Are my exchange bringing more positive rewards or negative rewards?
Do a total review of the things you're exchanging your time for and review them if they are worth the exchange .
If the exchange is not worth it the make higher exchange.
