Rise from Failure (Indonesian Steemit Community)

When we fail, we must get up and not get sucked in sorrow, when we fail not to grieve, blame others, blame the situation and scapegoat others. All that needs to be done is to fix yourself to rise again. The way to rise is :

• Learn from past
  When experiencing a failure to do is learn from the past and also from mistakes that have been done. Do not keep sad, sad will not solve the problem. Learn the mistakes that have been made to cause failure, and try not to repeat them again and find ways to tell success.

• Picking up the lessons and wisdom behind failure
  When the failing thing to do is to learn a valuable lesson to learn from the mistakes that led to failure, and to reap the wisdom behind it. If there are friends who betrayed, partners who cheat or employees who cheat we must be careful for the future.

• Act
  The next step is to act and do not say nothing, let alone think about and contemplate failure. Do something that can make a change in the business you've been running. The action will lead to a change of atmosphere that was previously sad to be excited again. Do your best and calculate.

• Focus to rise
  Next design better plans to get up, focus on not thinking about other things first before you can calm down and get up. Develop strategies to get back on track.

• Correct character and mental
  The next step is to improve the character and mentality that exist in us, maybe we have been arrogant, impatient, greedy, want to win alone, quickly give up, quickly despair and so forth. Change the characters and reinforce the mental we have so not easily deterred by various trials that come.

• Instinct yourself and Improve yourself
  It may be that many mistakes made by ourselves always want to win alone, selfish, feel the most correct themselves and so forth. Do self-introspection and correct the character-character and also the bad qualities of ourselves.

• Find the right relationship
  Probably one of the failures because your relationship is not right, probably because he is deceptive or unsuitable or unskilled in his field. You can look for relationships that are experts in the field and have good character, so you will no longer be fooled by those who are less responsible.

• Learn from others who are already successful
  The next step is to learn from people who are already successful, or join seminars, courses or education. Or hire a consultant for a business consultancy. Learn from successful people who have experienced success, from whom they can learn a lot about the meaning of patience, honesty and trust and never give up.

• Try again
  Try again here with the intention that we continue the struggle and do not stop, do and do what should be done. By trying again, we will know the good ways that must be done.
