Hi @yati, you have to increase the visibility of your work. Because there are so many posts, chances that you posts are recognized by others are very low, especially when people starting with a fresh account. I see two possibilities for you:

1. Start excessive networking (comment/upvote other posts of like minded people and follow them). It will take time.
2. Start using voting bots (https://steembottracker.com/) to get you posts trending. But you would have to invest some money and time to learn how to use them effectively.
