Life Turns
People learn by hardships. They learn by facing themselves. But when people face themselves, they often point fingers at someone else. They say, 'so-and -so is very negative, evil person." They gossip as much as they can about their neighbors, not wanting to recognize that it is their own fault s they are seeing in that person.
This is really a test of the negative power against the speaker, and he is failing his own test. There is nothing wrong with this, because after failing the the same test ten, twenty, a hundred times, even the most thickheaded soul gets tired of it and learn.
And there are times when an individual moves very rapidly upward in his spiritual unfoldment He moves so fast that he seem to bypass everyone else. But all of a sudden the wheel turns. Now he seems to slow down while everyone passes him.
This is the nature of life. The test that are easy for us may be difficult for others, and vice versa. That is why we, as humans beings, must patience and compassion.
When someone else is going through a test that's very difficult for them but easy for us, it's all too easy to say, "well, that's their karma. they had is coming."It feels kind of good to say that because we aren't the one having the pain, they are; and anyway, they had it coming.
Then all of a sudden the wheel turns, and no we get it. Of course, we think the only reason it's happening to us is because someone else is sending us a psychic attack or doing black magic on us. Or maybe satan is attacking us. We're very fair with ourselves, very kind.
