Honestly, GOOD FOR THEM! welld one and good job, its seriosuly impressive but heres the thing...

its great seeing before and after photos in general, there is something very satisfying about it but for all of us lazy people i have a request....

its obviouse some people have had to do more then some others, though the amount of effort to start is still to be respected no matter how much weight you lose!

You should! can you post the time between each photography and what type of exercise program you used? It is going to really help lazy twats like me who see what you've done and are mentally daunted by the work, showing us a time frame and a method makes it more mindset and will really assist get up and go.

I understand you don't are obligated to repay it in my opinion, but i've appreciate it! <3

That is a very good first step. Our body prefers sugar as a fuel source...so if it is has it, it uses it to power us throughout the day. If it doesn't have sugar for a fuel source..it starts utilizing fat and we burn more fat. That is what you want.
