JOY AND HAPPINESS

I went out feeling so dry and unhappy. Everyone in the bus were just annoying me, the passengers, conductor and driver. Even the bike man that finally took me to my destination.

Nothing was wrong with me. I was still wondering why I was unhappy but I couldnt figure it out. My colleagues mustn't see my face like this, I thought. That's because my smile brightens up many of my colleagues. I was struggling to smile this time around. I got out and I was forming a smiling face, but no, the joyful face wasn't there.

Then boommmmmmmm... One of them started taking selfies(pictures). I love taking selfies, but I wasn't moved. Not until she came to drag me from where I was and asked to give me a shot. From one to two to five to seven. My face started changing. Yes, this is the @oredebby I wanted to see said my friend. That's how we changed our styles ooo and started jumping and jumping. Lol I was back alive. Yaaayyyyy see me in my black gown looking ...................

Note that the taking of the pictures didn't revive me, but the presence of my friend, her encouragement and the joyful mood she transferred to me.

Find out where joy resides and give it a voice far beyond singing. For to miss joy is to miss all. Growth itself contains the germ of happiness. Whatever the shape of a eyes and nose is, a joyful face is always a beautiful face

Happiness is like a perfume, you can't pour it on somebody else without getting a few drops on yourself. Let your day begin and end with gratitude and joy. The best way to cheer yourself is to try to cheer somebody else up.

Joy is what happens to us when we understand how good things really are. Life's hard truly, but Choose joy anyway. Joy seems to be a step beyond happiness. Happiness is a sort of atmosphere you can live in, sometimes when you're lucky. But joy is a light that fills you with hope and faith and love.

Learn to find joy in life and you'll attract happiness. To get a full value of joy, you must find someone to divide it with.

Happiness is a delicate balance of what one wants and what one has. Its an inner joy that can be sought and caught, but never taught and bought.
