You can list out a lot of reasons why Africa is poor and backward and a number of them will be correct.

Well, there's one thing about Africans which is the major reason and root of the poverty and backwardness. It's just one awesome power they don't employ.

What is it?
Long term plan Africans don't have a long term plan. Everything about them must be done now. Sharp sharp

Now, take a look at the national level, you will find out that we don't have a long term plan, say 20-year plan, so stop wondering why we are so backwards.

Well, let's come down to the individual level;
On a personal level, how many persons have a 10 year plan, how many of us have something we'd be working on for a long period of time?

What about a 2-year plan?
How many of us have a CLEAR 1-year plan?

However, ants; among the smallest creatures but as small as they are they barely lack because they stack food, they plan their lives and are so focused on living according to that plan.

You can make concrete plans to be rich in 10years and achieve it through planning, it doesn't really matter what you're currently going through

I don't even have a 5 year plan
I don't have a 2 year plan
But I just have to change my mentality
