I think that's true. When you sit they fester and grow and become monsters. One small step toward addressing whatever the fear is about can start to make it much smaller. I think the problem is that we let them grow so big we become paralysed when really that isn't reality - just a future projection. Thanks for the reminder, I need to do some things today :)
Yep, we need to catch them straight away when they are all tiny:)....
