Then can something own be an asset as well as a liability depending on how you decide to use it?. Let's say instead of a taxi you bought a private car to commute on weekdays to work or something and then rent it out on weekends and holidays.
Remember,with the taxi, it is purposefully used to generate income while renting out your private car may not fetch you that much especially if both cars are of the same brand
I thought renting a car was expensive lol.
