#HAPPY NEW MONTH STEEMIT: ON THE WAY TO A FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH, SPREADING THE STEEM GOSPEL ACROSS THE COUNTRY
HELLO STEEMIANS,
I'm Starting February with a journey. What journey? Well, it can only be Steemit right? indeed it is. My team and I just launched the #AIR-CLINIC OUTREACH FOUNDATION (#ACOF). We will be having our first medical outreach in a secondary school as part of our CANCER AWARENESS CAMPAIGN FOR WORLD CANCER DAY on the 4th of February 2018.
On that note...
Our 3-Man Team of Project Co-ordinators are already working on it as we speak. To help foster and fast-track the processes, I have to be there for the planning and execution.
PRE-EVENT STREETVIEW
Check this post to see how @MagdnRobinson, @Gidionline & @XpressNG went to the offline to interact with people on the Streets of University of Uyo. Yesterday, they were able to find out what people know about Cancer. The next step now is to educate them properly.

OTHER PLANS INCLUDE;
- Printing of T-shirts
- Printing of Jotters & souvenirs

- Arrangements for Refreshments
- Arrangements for Sound-system & possibly projector
- Organization of Event programmes
There's also need for a pre-event roundtable talk with the organizers, school principal, teachers, prefects, etcz to help them understand the programme of events and possible sequence. This enhances ease and swift flow in what we do.
STILL ON MY JOURNEY!
I had to make upto 3 Stops to get to where I was heading to.
- From Ozoro to Asaba
- From * Asaba to Onitsha*
- From * Onitsha to Uyo*
- This last one passes through 3 states; Anambra state, Imo State, Abia State and finally Akwa Ibom State.
While taking a break mid-way...
RIGHT NOW...
I'm in my hotel room in Uyo. After a 9 hours journey (8am-5pm) I definitely deserve some rest. This will enable me come with full speed for the activities of tomorrow. We need to get all those aforementioned materials ready to go!

This is really nice of you and your entire team. This awareness is so needed because most cancer cases always present late due to ignorance. Some will even choose to hide it so that no one hears of it, until it gets to a critical stage that all that could be done is to palliate. A disease that could be treated if not cured. Keep the good work.
