The best way to find emotional well-being and materials is to THINK POSITIVE.
Many people spend most of their time thinking negative, something that is not surprising if we take into account that this negativist tendency exerts its influence from a wide variety of areas in our daily life, things like what they say in our family environment, friendships , co-workers, society and culture, to name a few, complaining about high cost of living, insecurity, that money does not reach, with the media the list becomes almost endless with mostly violent films / catastrophists, social engineering programs where they study our behavior in detail and then stoke the fire using tactics of social guerrilla, the press amarillista encouraging us to focus our attention on other tragedies and tragedies, large gatherings in the tone of chicken coop, political debates bland and inconsistent, information with a very large percentage of negative news (reinforcing in us the idea that in this world hardly anything wonderful happens).
The human brain has been strongly programmed since we were born things like we tell our children to let them want to relieve themselves, and then we spent a long time telling them not to let us know, as well as the social and cultural programs that determine the way in which we interact with the world.
The good news is that the brain can be reprogrammed. If these programs with which we work make us feel miserable, it seems obvious that they are not serving us. It is not an easy task, but neither is it impossible. We can reprogram our mind to have positive thoughts that little by little will become habits, the habits that will open the doors to our dreams.
How do we program our brain to have positive thinking like this:
"When Negative Thoughts come to mind, let's work at fighting them until we can block them."
The simple act of BREATHING DEEPLY and drawing a SMILE eliminates body tension and diffuses negativity. So, when you feel sad smile. The change will not happen overnight, but we have the great luck that the mind is very plastic so when you want to realize the positivity will come almost automatically and the emotional blockade will be gone.
Avoid continuous COMPLAINTS. Assiduous claims attract, like a magnet, the negative charges of your own adverse thoughts and emotions.
Many of the perceptions that we have that something is not right, begin to be noticed when we regret.
Be FREE of thought and emotion. Do not let external interferences accumulate in your daily life.
Free yourself from the negativity that surrounds you, rumors, lamentations, malicious comments, etc. and gives priority to what makes you feel good.
Surround yourself with OPTIMISTIC PEOPLE, positivity is contagious. Let yourself be guided by your intuition.
Do not get annoyed with ease or give importance to small things that at a given time can make you feel bad. When we get irritated we are like the poison of a snake that invades our body and our mind, making us our worst enemy.
Try to give space to the SERENITY and when you feel overcome practice relaxation to control the explosion of negative emotions.
Live the PRESENT The past can not be changed or the future can not be guessed, in this way we will eliminate the resentment of the former and the anxiety of the latter. The best thing is to live the here and now, making the day worthwhile.

Whenever you have the chance, go to the beach, a river or a waterfall, and let yourself be flooded by that pleasant sensation that transmits the contact of your skin with the so-called elixir of life.
