Every single day, opportunities fly right past you; it’s just a matter of being able to acknowledge them.

I can relate to this, I missed out on a few things that could have done it me for because I wasn't seeing the whole picture and was laser-focused on what I was doing at the time.
In my opinion, it's more of a skillset either learned or innate to see and not just see but convert opportunities into great outcomes -
