This is the name given to the set of skills that a certain person must possess in order to influence the way people think or act, motivating them to make the tasks that these people have to carry out efficiently, helping in this way to the attainment of achievements, using different tools such as charisma and security when speaking, as well as the ability to socialize with others.
Companies usually organize themselves in a hierarchical way. Is a reality. Almost all medium and large corporations have regular employees, middle managers and general managers, as well as shareholders and other positions. Each of these middle or senior managers direct their workers through one or several styles of leadership.
1. Laissez-faire leadership
The laissez-faire leadership is based on the maxim: "let your employees do it, they know what they should do". It is a non-authoritarian style that is based on the theory that highly experienced employees, training and motivation, need less supervision to be productive

2.-Autocratic leadership.
It is what allows supervisors to make decisions and set guidelines without group participation. The leader concentrates all the power and nobody challenges their decisions.
3. Democratic leadership
Also known as participative leadership, its function is to promote participation, enthusiasm and involvement of employees. The dialogue between the whole group is promoted to take into account all opinions and visions about reality ... although the final decision usually falls on the leader.

4. Transactional leadership
Transactional leadership is based on transactions, that is, processes of exchange between leaders and their followers. Followers receive prizes for their work performance and the leader benefits because they fulfill the tasks.

5. Transformational leadership
In the transformational leadership, the bosses are in a fluid and constant communication with the working group. This allows to improve the rapport and achieve objectives at several levels, while the company benefits from several visions and strategies shared by the different employees and positions
