In our life there are certain events that do not want to talk or remember: the creative decline, betrayal, words that seem impossible to forget. Everyone is going through these trials. You can't let negative events affect your self-esteem.
When you pull your past behind you, you slowly crumble. We are going to work and in addition to lunch-box put in a bag of resentment of the past, without which we can not live a second. We need them as an excuse to complain about life, to look like a veteran, not as a whiner. If you wrap it all in one word, it'll be the word "self-destruction."
We miss important career opportunities because we feel we are not worthy. We miss true love because we think we're not good enough for a person. That's what resentment does to us. She poisons life. All this turns into a vicious circle, and it is not easy to get out of it.
To break out of this cycle, you need to try to get rid of the vexations. Stop complaining about the world and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Forget about your patterns of behavior and leave the past in the past. Make informed decisions and perform conscious actions. You are all-powerful in his life, be aware.

The art of living life like water. Flow through past and around our obstacles in life. This includes our hurts and grudges. If we sit in a whirlpool of resentment we are doomed to revisit the pain until we finally release and move on. There are fair waters ahead and time spent doing anything but getting there is wasted.
At certain point in life we all come across more difficult moments, but we have to go on. Even if we make some mistakes on the way, we are not allowed to stop.
