You begin to expect more, see more flaws, count more excuses and begin to forget the past.
It's hard.
But take a step back sometimes and process the situation, you will come to find that you too are probably at fault.
Does that situation really define entirely, that persons character?
Could you look beyond the trouble and see the good intention behind the persons action?
Why did you fall in love with the person in the first place? And what beautiful and wonderful things has the person done for you.
NOW TAKE A STEP BACK AND THINK AGAIN, DOES THE PERSON REALLY! DESERVE ALL THAT ANGER AND SILENT TREATMENT?
MOST TIMES THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS NO.

Think when you are upset and don't always let your emotions get the better of you.
