I've travelled in 28 countries and found that everyone, regardless of culture, religion, age, career, or sex, feels guilt. Lack of love is a global problem.

Guilt contributes to terrible situations. In general, shame ignorance is detrimental. Most people are only 5-10% conscious of their inner experiences, and the same negative events repeat. Providing tools to improve their awareness is my main motivation.

To feel guilty is to blame yourself. When others do wrong, we feel bad or strive to make them feel guilty. Being aware of one's own state is crucial. Knowing that any discomfort increases your likelihood of feeling guilty towards yourself or others by 90%.

Here are some methods to be more mindful when guilty.

Besides creating inner pain, shame causes various ailments. Painful physical issues indicate guilt. You unconsciously punish yourself by thinking you're bad.

Where it aches and its usefulness can help you figure out the guilt. If you have leg discomfort, which is important for moving forward, you need to look at what you blame yourself for in moving forward. Just accept that you can't achieve or be what you desire right now. Your body constantly tells you to accept your flaws and not change. Any life transformation requires accepting your limitations, or what you don't like about yourself. One day becoming what you want is only possible with this.

When you make someone feel guilty, you realise that your judgement of them reflects on you. You realise you detest yourself equally when you dare to be what you judge.

It's guilt...

indicates that you are overthinking. You forget that to love yourself is to allow yourself to have all types of human experiences to learn about yourself.

can alert you to your lack of responsibility. Being responsible implies realising that our decisions, actions, and reactions shape our lives. Being aware that we must bear the consequences. Remembering that people construct their own lives and must take responsibility for their results is equally accountable.

When shame appears, you may realise that your ego has too much sway over your life. The ego alone recognises good and evil. Instead of condemning ourselves, we examine ourselves and have compassion for our human limitations in our hearts.

Your ego thinks blaming yourself would help you better, but it doesn't. If you are upset, you may realise that the more you blame yourself and resolve to stop, the more you do it again. We all know that making others feel bad will not help them not do it again, but our ego thinks otherwise.

Applying responsibility counters guilt. By taking responsibility for your actions, you learn what's smart and what's not. Instead of seeing an activity as incorrect or a mistake, you're grateful it can help you become smarter.

Anger is one example. Being responsible and loving oneself means asking what harms you from anger. Take time to comprehend. Determine what you want in this situation. Your needs are met. It may be speaking calmly... Regardless of your response, appreciate that part of you for identifying a need. Most important is knowing if your choices are smart and good for you.

By remembering what you desire, you can progressively start doing other activities while allowing yourself time to fulfil your need.
