I wanted to share an interesting fact with you...

It is often said that when our bodies communicate with us through discomfort or illness, they are not necessarily urging us to alter our behaviour. Instead, they may be encouraging us to embrace and accept ourselves, even in the presence of aspects we may not particularly appreciate.

I have noticed that it is quite common for individuals to express that they are attuned to their body's signals, leading them to consider making adjustments or modifications to their current situation. Even if one were to make an effort to modify their behaviour, it is possible that the underlying discomfort or illness may persist and recur.

Let's consider the case of a woman who experiences back pain due to her tendency to take on excessive responsibilities and struggle with setting boundaries. If she considers the importance of being discerning and prioritising her own needs, and takes steps towards asserting herself, she may find it challenging to bring about significant changes. It is expected to be under control. While she may have the ability to decline certain requests, she tends to attract individuals who frequently make multiple requests, making it challenging for her to refuse. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with this request at this time. A part of her may experience some regret for her actions.

Transformation often requires acceptance. I previously addressed this topic in the January 2008 newsletter and would like to reiterate it once more. In order to achieve their desired goals, individuals often need to consider embracing certain aspects that may not align with their initial preferences.

It may be helpful for the individual to consider the possibility of temporarily finding it challenging to decline requests. It could be beneficial for her to recognise that this mindset may have been influenced by her upbringing and is rooted in a fear of not receiving love.

It is important for her to acknowledge her own humanity and understand that experiencing difficulties is a natural part of being human.

It is worth noting that when she takes on the concerns of others, it does not make her a negative or undesirable person. So, I would suggest that she consider granting herself the freedom to potentially decline certain requests.

It is important to keep in mind that individuals have a natural inclination to explore both the positive and negative aspects of various attitudes. It may not be necessary for us to constantly remind ourselves that we should strive to be able to... It is believed by many that our inner self desires to explore both the ability to... and the inability to... in a state of acceptance.

It is important to acknowledge our ability to explore different experiences, as the Universe can support us in manifesting our desired outcomes.

In summary, it is important to acknowledge when your body communicates discomfort or illness. Instead of focusing on changing your behaviour, consider adjusting your attitude towards what you can and cannot do in that particular moment. It is advisable to adopt an attitude of openness and acceptance rather than focusing on criticism.
