Every person has the same goal: to find happiness. The goal of every individual is to find happiness in their daily lives and to give their lives a sense of purpose.

On the other hand, this pursuit of happiness can become a source of anxiety for certain individuals due to the fact that it frequently comes with social pressure brought on by the presence of the performance culture in which we currently reside.
