This goes without saying, but habits are hard because you have to do them each day to really take effect.
It's easy to do a great thing every now and then but if you do them consistently they become a part of you. You become great.
Positive habits kick negative habits in the ass. Why? Because when positive habits rewire your brain to strive for being great in other areas of your life. Maybe you have some positive habits in a couple areas, and a couple bad habits here and there. The more you focus on your good habits the more it'll start to feel wrong that you have bad areas in your life.
