What limits you? And what to be done about it?

The process of life always progresses into the future, regardless of who you are or what you do. This process leaves behind a trail of all the things you did so far. Things that includes all your failures, ghosts of you unfulfilled dreams, disappointments, etc.

As we grow older we tend to accumulate not only just materialistic but also psychological garbage.
if we forget to take out the trash it starts to rot and cause diseased thinking patterns and with the passage of time those patterns might become your behavior without you even knowing.

A lot of people don’t even realize until that rot manifests itself into the reality and actually causes materialistic damage and somebody else points it out for them and only if they are lucky enough(in a way). Once the damage is done it starts a viscous cycle of self-doubts. These doubts creates blockages in your energy field and keeps you limited.

This cycle is never ending until you identify the root cause, that is the rotting garbage.

What does this psychological garbage comprises of and what to do about it?



This is probably the most important question to ask oneself time after time and one must actually resolve it each time. Truth is that I can not answer this question for you, at times it even get difficult for me to answer it for myself. Thing is that everybody follows a unique logic to lead a life, but everybody is aware of things that works for them and those that doesn’t. The ones that doesn’t work anymore might be the ones you might want to take in consideration and after acknowledging them you need to figure out a way to let those things go. However, it should be done gently, one step at a time otherwise it defies the original purpose.

It takes sometime and effort to identify and segregate and more than some time and also a lot of courage, patience and practice to let those negative patterns go. At times the benefits of this little exercise are instantaneous but in some cases you start seeing the benefits after a few months or even after a year but hey it all worth it and you can only understand what I am talking about right now once you are through this process.

Okay, I’ve removed the garbage. Whats next?


Once the garbage is out you might want to fill the emptied out space that is left behind with something pleasurable, with something meaningful and healthy that actually works for you. Remember all the time that was spent in doing something that never worked could have been spent with doing something that has. Only this actualization was needed before but hey it’s never too late such things can always be started in this moment.

Make a list, pour your heart out on a piece of paper and write down all the things that you think might have worked for you, if you had a little more patience, a little more time, a little more courage, a little more ____… Now is the time to give it all a second try, a fresh start. Now, in this moment you are the the most experienced , the most wise, the most understanding, the most mature version of yourself. The things that once looked difficult might not look as difficult today or even if they look difficult I know that you have a better understand on those things and if you really try this time, you will do just fine.
