How to make good posts in steemit

Do you know the feeling inspired by insecurity and fear?. When, deep down in your soul you have dreams that inspire you. But ... attempts to put them down on paper eludes you over and over again, breaking you down in the waves of self-criticism. When you look at the monitor for days and nothing happens, no words materialised... Thoughts remain thoughts and they slowly die in the depths of your consciousness. Moreover, you flip through and you see a lot of well written and inspiring articles. Realisation hits you with a blow - you have along way to go to attain that level of competence.

This was my story for the (very) long time. Until I understood a few important things.

I am here to share them with you:

1. No one is born with the talent to write.
   Or any other talent. Very often we look at a singer, actors, or a blogger's posts and in admiration and reverential horror we think - this person has talent, and I am an incompetent piece of human meat. But. In fact, we see a person at the top. We do not see the development, we do not see the mistakes, we do not know how he used to sit in despair, crushed and full of doubts some time ago, just like we do today. Believe me, everyone starts with fear and with inexperience
   Because:

2. Talent is a 90% of the effort.
   One day, jumping over the web, I found a video about evolution of very popular nowadays singer. Now his clips are gaining millions of views, he is popular, successful and famous. But he wasn’t born in that condition. - 5 years ago the music wasn't so good, and nobody took him seriously…
   Today the name of Christopher Nolan is an indicator of the quality, depth and elaboration of the film, near which it stands. You know for sure that you will enjoy the movie he did. But there are his student's works in the network. And it does not pretend to masterpiece.
   Everyone starts. And for growth you need:

3. Motivation and healthy self-criticism.
   It is necessary to understand that if you want to be good in something - do it.
   Do it according to the principle - tomorrow will be better than today. This is motivation.
   Most importantly - objectively look at your work: if you will ignore the shortcomings, then you will have no growth. But don’t do it in destructive way - find problems not to say – “oh, I'm mediocrity”, but for the next time you try to eliminate those shortcomings and notice new ones. Eliminate them and notice new ones)
   Over the past year I shot a few short videos. I am proud about zero of them - but it gave me invaluable experience and vision of the situation. So when the next time I shoot the video - old errors will be less, but I'm looking forward to do new ones)

4. A unique chance.
