To become a great leader starts with your thoughts, it begins from the inside before spreading to the outside. A wise man said "The mind is the logical units of the human system were thoughts are processed."
As a matter of fact, the mind is always filled with both positive and negative thoughts but allow the weightier matter is your ability to rebuke the negative on and positive ones to prevail, you will eventually become your thought.
As a leader, you need to channel your thoughts towards achieving great things which are unprecedented and break record, doing what seem impossible to others.
Friend, whatsoever you can think and believe you can achieve . It is written "All things are possible to them that believe. So as many great things you can think of and believe, you can achieve them. If you think and believe something small, you can achieve something small but if you think and believe something great, you can achieve something great. The choice is yours.
A leader must keep thinking and confessing positive things, no matter the situation , keep saying it is well , because whatever occupies your thoughts will eventually becomes your reality.
It might be helpful for you to note that the wealth of every nation begins from the invisible. In other words, thoughts are the greatest source of resources. A leaders must therefore labor effortlessly so as to tap into the invisible power of thoughts by investing more time on thinking, making policies that will develop the people's reasoning faculties and their creative imagination.
It is also very necessary when the thinking capacity of the people expands, the wealth of nation automatically increases. This is the fundamental secret of the success of America, Canada, Japan and China to name a few. They sincerely invest more on brain development. But somewhere in Africa the reverse is the case. Every nation has what it takes to develop if only the leaders can courageously look inward and think well.
As a leader, not until you sensitize the sensibility of the people, you cannot make them responsible.
Developing a good thinking faculty one must
- Be careful of what you hear, what you see and how you process them in your heart.
- Develop a positive attitude.
- Read books, Leaders are readers.
Remember that the more you know more than your followers, the more edge you will have over them and the more honor you will earn. So keep learning through constant search with a conscious effort. once you get tired of bearing you will experience expiration.
