Some people suffer of low self esteem and living a life full of fear and doubt. Young people are always described by two characteristics, some are shy and others are too sharp which literally man that those that are shy do have numerous abilities but can not really display it. Moreover, those viewed as sharp, talkative or more active may be found as not being that intelligent but infact having that ability to communicate or execute promptly any particular task.
However, when all those two aspects are fully understood, we may discover that there is an ideal of self esteem. Some will say that they were born in that particular way and even inherited it from their parents. Well, it could but not unchangeable. Habits are taught, learnt and practiced, nothing just come out of a blue. Well, those with high self esteem do even make more mistake and need to redress and fully the best appropriate path.
In Business life, all those two particular aspects work better but mostly those with the ability to speak take the front line just because they can translate their knowledge or the message to a proper an d perfect way than those with low self esteem. In otherwords, some will be in the underground work when others are performing in a real life scenario.
Thus gaining a personal self confidence ought to be a personal purpose for every humankind. It’s the center of all possible communication or dialogue among individuals, business partners, colleagues and even among friends. Its describes a test to the second party to fully describe that particular message which was displayed by the first person.
Yes, that's true, I think both of the groups have their own problems, f.e. the shy one become often submisive emploees with often to small regard for their often hard work and in the opposide the sharp one fall oft in depresion and burnout, because real life shows them, they are not so unique as their parents told them, when they was jung..both is the problem with self.esteem..
