To walk the path, one must know what he has to do. One must listen to his higher self, and not fall for the temptations of the lower self.
So make it a schedule, and stick to it.
Okay so what's rule 1 with a schedule?
It's not a bloody prison, and that's the first thing people do wrong with a schedule. They say "I don't like to follow a schedule, I don't like to limit myself to this and this and this".
Well if you imagine what your best possible day would look like, then you try to schedule it. And obviously there is some responsibility that goes with that, becausue if you have any sense, you make sure that you are in better shape at the end of the day than at the beginning of the day, that would be a stupid day. If you have a bunch of those in a row, you're pretty much digging yourself a hole.
