Hi. Very good article. I could complement that people lose motivation. I do not rule out external and internal stimuli. Because of that, based on Maslow's theory of needs, I make my proposal:
They taught us that existence is directional and linear. The pyramid does not reaffirm them. We work for the needs and then the other elements come, until we reach the realization.

Thank you for adding your opinion regarding this topic.
You can approach the meaning of the word 'motivation' with Maslow's theory of needs, even if this theory is not perfect at all and it has a lot of exceptions.
