Don't go broke trying to prove you are not broke to people. It's like hustling backwards.

Many broke people today actually had enough money to ensure they are not broke today if they spent that money wisely yesterday. Living above your wages will only cripple your savings & possibly prevent you from undertaking major projects in your life.

I've noticed that these people we try to impress with our expensive clothes, birthday cake, phones, and so on do not even care about these material things but everyday you keep putting
efforts & the bulk of your finances into appearing rich which you could have invested into something more profitable. Plan your life, spend less, don't give in to peer pressure. Trying to appear rich when you're not will only make your financial muscle smaller. It is like trying to buy an iPhone X when your monthly income is 40k 😏

You may ask, "is he asking me to look broke because I'm broke?" answer is definitely No! What I am saying is, if the drive for doing the things you do is to look rich & big, then you're in lost cause.
Prioritize your life. Spend on your personal development. Be wise. All the people you're trying to impress may leave you and what will stay is how much you've invested in you.
