Very informing , we could always help and guide one another to the point where they are able to rely on that source to make a living . No one is perfect at anything , practice makes perfect

We should mold our subordinates, kids, followers.. etc, to stood up by them self. there is no point to feed them, they will never learn to get up on their own.
In order to do that we show them be example, if we are not in the correct path we never going to make others to follow us.
