Aloha Steemians!

I want to share with you my thoughts on the importance of the mental state and how I manage to stay consistent with my training and motivation (Part 2).

The Importance of Your Mindset #1

When your steps become heavy, your lungs start to burn and the heart is racing, you reach the state where you find out the true value of your dreams. We all know whats right and wrong, we all know the person we want to become... The question is... do you believe you can become? How bad do you want it?

There is two options:

  • To continue forward and pushing upward! And if you do that, that training is giving birth. And forever you will be living the reality of it.
  • If you stop, quit, throw the towel, I promise there is no distance you can travel far enough to find that dream again.

It's how you see a structure, brick by brick to that foundation of epicness. Our lives is the same way: We are building the mind and the body together to transform ourselves. That's build rep by rep, day by day, believe to believe! Failure to strength. That's what it's all about.

We are encouraging the unknown believe in ourselves inside and everyone has it. That believe is a wave, a tsunami going over where you thought your own could be.

Have the ability to control your destiny. Have the confidence and the power to reach your objectives. That's freedom. Get that freedom out of yourself and overcome your fears. The power to transform - you will never be free if you don't do that. All what it requires is your sweat, hard work, sacrifice and dedication.

Life isn't a moment where you have time to take a breath, it's a moment were it takes your breath away.

It's painful, physically painfull. As soon as the weights drop off and you're done and you gave all you can, the temporary discomfort leaves. But when the comfort comes back to your body, no one give you such a feeling, you got to earn it through the pain of sweat, blood and tears. And you feel good! You should be exhausted right now... but you have more power than before!

It ain't about all the pumped breast, back or biceps, it's all about the mind. You thought you know what you can become. You got a lot more insight of you to give! Stop selling yourself so short!
