Really, life can become very difficult and hard, @hopeinu. But, it must be made easy and pleasant for us to enjoy. That is why life is considered, as neither difficult nor easy by many people.
It is easy for people to believe that their lives will be difficult, when they look at the past experience, and what they are expecting in the future.
Parents will consider teaching their children that life will be hard, because they must have experienced hardships and difficulties in personal life.
But, the effect of past experience, and the anticipation of future life, will not allow us to experience the ease and calmness that exist in our lives.
We have to perceive our lives towards what we want the way of life to be.
