RE: The Difference Between Being Motivated And Being Driven - And Why It Matters
Really, @cormaccarey, motivation and passion are two psychological terms, that have a synonymous meaning, and asymmetric uses in our society.
Motivation is a move (or drive) which propels us to do something in a particular way. I mean that, we can become motivated in achieving our goal. But, passion is a feeling of great enthusiasm, which makes us to achieve our goal with a strong determination, or a great effort. I mean that, we can become passionate about achieving our goal, and then, we will work with all our effort.
I believe that, being motivated or being passionate are our own ways of being driven for achievement and success in the world of today. But, passion is feeling that influences our interest for doing something, while motivation is a reason for wanting to do what we should do.

I really believe in what you have said, that we should be strongly driven to be able to achieve our goals in personal life. For this reason, we have to be passionate about what we are doing. But, we may be influenced by certain motives in achieving our goals, as we are bound to have non-conforming aspirations.
Thanks for reading my man!
Yes, I agree with what you have said.
I think you cannot truly be passionate about something unless you take action towards it. You need motivation and a drive to pursue it but passion only occurs after you have taken steps towards it and are willing to give everything you have to achieve that goal.
Thaks again for reading ✌️
