Motivation Only Fuels The Mind, You Change Your Environment
Motivation is one thing we need daily when we are down and when we want to reassure ourselves that we can achieve a certain goal.
People spend their precious time to motivate others so they can grow the minds of those they are motivating. The mind is man's most powerful weapon to succeed, so it needs motivation but through action, you get yourself out of your yoke and problems.
As much as motivation is required, one thing that is required the most is taking action.
Getting what you want requires you to put yourself in a position to succeed.
As motivated as people may be, one thing that I realize make them not to take action is fear. Most of them are scared because they have failed before or because they have had stories of people failing.
At the same time, most people do not act because they haven't gotten the approval of their friends, family and others on what they want to do. Do you need the approval of anybody to do the right thing if you are certain it is right? There is always a room for taking risks, no successful person ever waits for approval before taking actions. If you do not require approval to eat, then I do not think you need an approval to take actions.
I have also realized that people do not act because they do not want to take personal responsibility for what they do. One thing that differentiates a successful person from a failure is taking responsibility. You can get all the motivation you want but it will not force you to take actions since you do not want to be held responsible for the things you do. Most of us want somebody else to do it for us, but it is not possible, no one will do what you can do for yourself.
After listening to several motivational talks, people still believe the perfect time will come soon. There is no perfect time for success as I always say, the perfect time is now.

It's the fact.
I liked your theory that one thing that prevents people from succeeding is fear. But fear may have it's own advantages.
Take for example if we are able to outline our fear and decide what is the worst that could happen if we take action, then we look for a way too ameliorate the damage, we would have scaled a tall mental ladder.

Fear sees failure, Hope see success. It takes wisdom to compare the both. At the same time Taking risk is a big risk, Not taking risk is even more risky
Yeah, you've got to put some work to actualize those dreams, that's why I always tell people to put some work after some planning. Put in work and see how it goes. Do not spend the entire year planning on something, the more you plan, the more you will see loophole that may make you not carry out the plan. It is good to be motivated by someone, but when push comes to shove, you'll be your own best motivator. Good work. Gracias.

The truth be told,you just analyse the major reason why some people tarry from their predigament despite bunch of motivation received by many. They don't want to offend someone. They now sacrifice their happiness,joy and even success in the process. One thing is to be guided,another thing is to take action steps. Thanks for this,i am motivated.

Hmn... Motivation! Taking the right steps! Act right! I do not need the validation of men to do what is right!!! So much lessons in this post, i have been postponing something important that i should have done, but i am launching into the deep this time, watch out for me, thanks for this inspiring post, the message is clear.
