This is my third round of sauna for today!! Kinda crazy, right?
I’m really doing my best out here to kick this back pain to the curb once and for all.
Twice a day workouts... keeping it light and being mindful of my back and trying not to stress it any further.
Stretching multiple times a day.
Laying down instead of sitting.
I’m hoping to really see some great results in the nest few days as I scale these strategies up in my own life.
