Between Happiness Life and Money

in #motivation2 years ago

We as humans must have a purpose in life. Happiness in life is the most important goal that every human being wants to achieve. In social life togetherness is the thing that is most wanted to be achieved based on deliberation, so there will be happiness that is coveted. From such a social life, we can live a happy, genuine, and meaningful life.

But behind it all, we also need money (material) to meet our needs in living life. However, we must not become slaves of money, or make money as a measure of our happiness, because money is not God. So, we do need money (materials), because with money (materials) we can get what we want. Starting from clothing, food, and boards we can all get with money. Another thing with happiness, happiness cannot be exchanged or bought with money

Remember that our human dignity is not measured by material things (money and possessions). We live where, money is only a support to meet our needs, not a determining factor for happiness.

Happiness will be felt when we always feel sufficient and always be grateful for what we have. Build that happiness in our own way, because what you do and you feel happy then that is real happiness. So, happiness is related to feelings not worldly material (money). So do whatever makes you happy, that is in line with your thoughts and that can make you understand that this is the true meaning of life.
"Have a lot of money and live happily",

perhaps this is a picture of the ideal life goals that most people have. However, "a lot of money" is a relative value and will be different for each person, where this value will have different effects and qualities for them. Most people will struggle all their lives to get money, even though the actual amount of money he has more than enough to meet all his needs with his family. However, most people with this kind of thinking seem to have a hard time enjoying their hard-earned money, where the person is actually busy and spends time searching, searching, and looking for more money.

While on the other hand, some other people live their lives happily along with a number of financial problems that sometimes come at the end of the month at the time of payday. They stay relaxed and enjoy every moment by optimizing all the potential they have. "Money is never enough, but life must be happy", and I think this kind of thinking is the right one, because to achieve happiness you don't have to spend a lot of money.
"Scientists have studied the relationship between money and happiness for decades and come to the conclusion: Money can buy happiness, money allows people to do what they love, so shouldn't they be happy when they spend their money? Why doesn't a lot of money make us happy too?

One answer to this question is the things that make happiness not sold. This sentiment is beautiful, popular, and almost certainly wrong. Money enables people to live longer and healthier lives, to protect themselves from worries and dangers, to have free time to spend with friends and family, and to go about their daily activities --- all of which are sources of happiness. Rich people don't just have better things; they have better nutrition and better medical care, more free time and more labor. Rich people have the potential for a happy life. However, they are not much happier than people who are deprived. If money can buy happiness, then why not?"

From the results of the research scientists above, I think it can be concluded that money can give happiness as long as we use it well. But when it comes to money that can buy happiness, I don't think so. Because my view of happiness, it is a matter of feeling not a matter of material things (money and wealth).

the hearts of all those who think that money can solve all problems and make them happy. When in fact not, imagine if we were told to choose between living with a lot of money and having lots of wealth but not being happy or living a mediocre but happy life. Which one will we choose? Yes, of course we will prefer to live a mediocre but happy life. What's the point of having a lot of wealth if we are not happy, it's better to live a mediocre life but happiness will be meaningful
