Interview is mandatory phase to get any type of job. Job seekers update their CV in online portal and some time they submit in office receptions and wait for interview call. Those lucky person whoever in job already also apply for new job to get better job with high salary and for same there are many who are actually job seekers. Experienced people beat freshers and got job mostly it is real fact actually.

Do you think interviewer will ask question that is suitable for you?

I hope everyone here has faced interview at least once in his life. In interview interviewers ask some questions which is related to our negativity and that time many canditates confidently say sorry i don’t have any negativity. I had opportunaty to be a interviewer two three times in our work place where i had heard these types of answer from many candidates.

sometimes i think that how someone gets job and paid in millions and how someone gets job anyhow but in low salaries? I have seen many people who earn less in spite of his higher qualifications and degrees and someone who has little lower qualifications but get paid high but why? There is no standard definition or answer for this question at all. However today i learned one thing that why someone earning in millions? Please keep reading ahead.

How someone earning in millions and what they answer of questions asked by interviewer?

Someone ask to a CEO of a big company that can you tell me what questions you asked to those who are earning in millions? The CEO got surprised hearing this question from a simple man. Simple man asked him again i know a higher designation people has already higher qualifications, much experience to run business or balance the business so there should not any doubt regarding his capabilities but what you people ask him during interview? and if he got selected then you pay high salaries. The CEO smile and said very interesting question and i will answer surely.

The CEO said we ask those types of job seekers only one line question and that is Tell me about your failure time and what you did that time to come out? and he replies to this question in 20 to 30 minuets and we observe that what attitude he had applied to come out from that failure period. If we like his attitude then we hire him because we need a people who can save company in its bad time and only few has these types of positive attitude..

Conclusion

Generally interview means tough time for any candidate because no one can say after interview that he has cracked the interview already and he will get job. Like that in tough situation if we balanced ourself without any digression in wrong way then we can cross the toughest situation easily and safely. So please keep maintain same attitude always...
