5-Reading, this is an exercise for our mind, it allows us to acquire new knowledge, to enrich ourselves intellectually, to expand our consciousness. There is a lot of literature, but first we must know for what purpose and what benefits that literature will provide us or give me some knowledge to achieve some of my goals.
