Regardless of what it is. Every action has an equal reaction. Everything that happens around you is always because of you. If you are in sales, and a costumer is not ready to buy. It is because YOU did not create that urgency. It is always your fault. You need to learn to take responsibility of all our actions. You create your own success and you create your own failures. It is up to you to ask the girl out. No one is gonna do it for you. She is not going to go up and talk to you. It is up to you too make it happen. Be persistent be committed and be great. Be bold be confident. Until one day you wake up and see everything you have ever dreamed off surround you every morning. We are creators of our own reality. It is time to create.
I like your argument. Ultimately it is true that we create the circumstance. The world we experience is our common vision of how things are. I experience your vision of yourself and your relationship with the world. And you mine. IE creating the urgency. With that supposed power comes the responsibility for your actions. Is the product you are creating urgency for worth the ownership.
I have gone to a salesman to find out about a product with no intention of buying.
My approach to sales is to inform so they can make their own decision to buy, not buy or what to buy. It is fundamentally long term thinking rather than short term. By allowing my customer to make their own dissension you give them the confidence to come back.
1/3rd of the system we live in is based on immediate gratification for your action. profit this quarter with cash the barometer of that. Long term thinking is different. That system is soon to go though a reset because it is not sustainable.
As for the girl thing.
Gender based thinking is limiting. We have in North America been trained that the boy asks the girl. This thinking lead to a lot of only people. Ether because they expended to be asked.
