Good people give happiness, bad people give lessonssteemCreated with Sketch.

If only there were a good thermometer and a nasty thermometer. If only we could recognise selfishness as soon as it starts to show up.

If only we could make the proper choices with consideration for those around us by utilising these measures.

Since this isn't feasible, we must always be mindful of the happiness and lessons that kind people provide us as well as the lessons that those who have mistreated us in the past can teach us.

If one thing is certain, it is that nobody is perfectly nice or wicked; rather, we are all fallible when it comes to our behaviour and the emotions we prioritise in our relationships.

Those who possess dignity, humility, and genuine appearances are considered good. They are the ones who reconstruct our grins. Though they are not always present, their kindness fills everything with light.

We owe these people reciprocity, care, and kindness since it is because of their support that we are able to live open and honest lives, which are fundamental components of happiness and well-being.

"Some people—a very small number of people—fill their faces with an amazing lack of animosity when you smile at them. a disarming display of charity.

Give your soul to these individuals; they deserve it, even if they make you stumble when they grin at you and bring you attachment and well-being.

Additionally, some people have damaged relationships via avarice and occasionally even malice (interests, offences, criticism, disappointment, etc.).

These are the individuals that teach us the value of going forward in life, making memories rather than leaving wounds.

In any case, negative events are a part of life that we have to learn to accept and use as a springboard for progress.

Writhing in agony and obsessively thinking about what we may have predicted but did not see or could not believe is not worth it.

This is why it causes dissatisfaction when a scenario turns into a bad relationship or exchange. We need to view it as a teaching opportunity rather than as a dramatisation.

Every circumstance, every individual, every emotion is rich with subtleties that punctuate our learning at this or that rate, emphasising the lessons that help us become emotionally mature.

As a result, we tend to bond with people who better relate to our experiences in life, which makes the quality of the friends and people in our lives more significant than their quantity.

Respect for others and building one's own kindness are the cornerstones of kindness and reciprocity. In the face of life, it's the profound significance of genuine gazes, the creators of these emotions that come from the heart, that enable us to come together as a superior team.

Remember what we mentioned at the outset? We are made of various shades and are neither white nor black. If someone doesn't always act appropriately, it's usually because they made a poor choice at some point.

All broken relationships hurt, as they say, but abandoning something that doesn't bring us joy is really a gain rather than a loss.

For this reason, we should constantly appreciate things that teach us and show us reciprocity—that is, those that give rather than take from us.
