Goal
Goal can simply be looked at as the objectives set that one wants to achieve, it can also be looked at as one's vision and mission to be accomplished.
There are certain factors that is involved goal setting and there are certain factors that affects achieving goals.
Factors looked at in setting goals
1.Honest: this talks about how an individual should be honest with him/herself in setting goals. It not that a person that joined steemit today would be hoping to make millions in just a month. You have to be realistic with yourself. You have to know your limit in achieving things you can't just set on achievable goals.
