Good day lovely steemians, being a while here it has not being actually easy. Most of us who do other jobs or work aside steemit would understand what i mean. Today i bring before you all yet another challenging and critical topic which says WHY GIVE UP? WHEN YOU HAVE LIFE. Sometimes i think about those that commits suicide and then i wonder what is that thing that must have made or led them to commit suicide ? In my country with the little idea i have on suicide cases most of this cases are mostly caused by lack of funds then little spiritual cases.

How can you overcome suicidal thoughts

Thinking about that situation which always weigh you down is not a good way to overcome issues,why not clear your mind i understand that it is not easy. But if one continues thinking about their negative side the side effects would be so much for that individual to handle. So try to be around friends chat,play, and pretend as if it is all well but you know deep down it is not. Share your problems with a close one that you know would take the issue seriously by so doing you will feel a relief and it will be as if you just shared the burden.

When God said in the bible that do not think about tomorrow i am very sure God knows what a lot of thinking can cause and that is the major reason why he wants our mind to be free.

My fellow steemians no condition is permanent ,Though it may tarry but it must surely come to pass. So why take your life over a penny today when you have life and hope is certain nobody knows what is gonna happen the next minute. I see some of my fellow steemians complain about the little cents they get on posts , Why worry when you have all being told it requires patience and consistency do your own part and watch how it unfolds. Brethren suicide is not the solution to problems it should be the last thing you ever think of when passing through circumstances.
