Awesome post and I definitely agree that The Steemit food chain / ecosystem is heavily imbalanced because money follows money more often than not.

On the other hand if I put in a few Ks I might act differently.. having said that the only way we are going to make some some real money here is not if people just join and leave a week later.

Getting new members is not hard but keeping them on the platform is a whole other thing.

So if we focus on this and everyone sees the bigger picture we will see a different Steem price and the wealth will also be shared more equally

Thanks for commenting. You caught the one key thing I left out... that if people struggle, they might quit. When giving away my SBD before, it was sad to see some accounts that deserved it but became inactive months ago because they obviously had no success. That's terrible.

Yea it sucks to see people go. I think if every whale took care of a 100 dolphins. And each dolphin took care of 20 minnows then the eco system could work better. But when people only focus on those with higher steem power so many get left behind
