According to John maxwell "Leader is influence" Influence has tendency to translate vision into capacity. Unfortunately we have no great leader who think on these basis that's why we are far behind from the remaining world. Nation rises by having great leaders. Russia Vladimir and Turkey president are the big example of great leaders who translated vision into capacity
About me whether I worked under the true leader my answer is yes, my previous company boss really motivated me to perform better. True leaders motivate their followers

For me, I can give some imagine to you about leadership. Look at around your location. Every places has some leader. Without leadership can't go further. Leaders showing us what's better or correct way where we want to go. I already working under the leadership. I'm also leader of my current office location. I know how would work with my minor staff using motivating skills. I already innovated and qualified leadership course in my country and know about that.
Finally I tell something, If you working under the true leader he or she don't backward about your works. True leader every time motivate you.
Leadership is the art of motivation of group of peoples or any team to act toward achieving a common goal. If you are leader of team then you have to motivate your teamabout any type of common goal and if you are not a leader then you need a leadership and you have to follow him with your team then he will motivate your team and you have to follow him and his way. Leadership is need of time. Without leadership you are alone for example if you learn some thing then you need a teacher and if you are imploye of any compny or bussiness then you need to any leader who guide yourself for good and hard work.

To me, Leadership is about being, not about doing.
I believe that anyone can be a leader , it’s not about having the word “leader” in your role description.
But to be a good leader you need to have the right attitude, beliefs and behaviours. My favourite quote about leadership is this one from John Quincy Adams who said:

"Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost their staff's self-esteem - if people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can achieve." I have seen how true leaders can do this but I have also seen how others do the opposite and the functioning of the organization is reflected. If you make your workers believe in themselves and improve their self-esteem, their work will do it in the best way. In addition, the vision of the company can be a true reality.
That's very true! A leader is always necessary to achieve the objectives. In my career, I specialized in quality control and they taught us the importance of a good leader. Something that is very important is that this person captivates and generates enthusiasm in the people he leads and also take into account the participation of others. This may sound very entrepreneurial, so from another point of view we have to visualize how we are leaders in our personal lives, if we risk our decisions, if we are responsible for our actions, we accept criticism, we amend our mistakes, among others. If this is the case, we will have a step forward to make our vision a reality.
The leader must be strong. It is a person who gives direction, whose characteristic feature is that people and organizations want to imitate it themselves and easily give in to its leadership.
People will not follow a leader who is not sure of himself and his skills This is certain, because people are naturally attracted to leaders who are self-confident, positive and charismatic.
If there had been such a leader, I would have followed him.
Very good appointment. Being a leader is nothing more than making things happen. They say that you are born with that, but I think that as we move forward in our lives we also develop new skills and this can be one of them.
